Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns - Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in resolving any client disputes or issues - Provide feedback to the sales team on client needs and trends in the market

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Adaptability to changing client needs and market trends - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Strong decision-making skills - Leadership qualities to drive client relationships forward
