Job Description:
UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients throughout the sales process - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong analysis and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
