Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed successfully - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the role - Reliable and able to work independently from home - Confident in communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills and the ability to adapt to different client needs - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
