Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a Client Relations Associate to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Relations Associate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of independence and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client issues. 5. Innovative mindset to drive improvements in client relationships and processes.
