Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Relations Manager at IJM Corporation Berhad, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing retention rates. Your primary role will be to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication, timely responses to inquiries, and understanding their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for resolving any client issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Anticipate and address client needs and concerns to ensure their satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates and take proactive measures to improve them - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Provide feedback to the company on client preferences, trends, and market insights - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Passionate about building and maintaining client relationships - Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with composure - Innovative mindset and willingness to adapt to changing client needs - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events - Employee discounts on company products and services
