Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of confidence and adaptability, as well as strong soft skills in communication and time management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with remote clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Develop and implement client retention strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations - Travel occasionally to meet with clients in person

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools
