Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be driven, energetic, possess strong analytical skills, and have a background in project management.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services to clients - Conduct regular analysis of client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements - Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, billing, and account maintenance - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and project execution - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client relations or account management, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges
