Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued business with our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 2. Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients. 6. Monitor client feedback and make improvements to enhance the client experience. 7. Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues. 8. Track key metrics related to client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Confident and dedicated personality traits. 5. Proven ability in project management and adaptability. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus.
