Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Understand clients' needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. 3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Handle client complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any concerns or improve the overall experience. 6. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand our client base. 7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 8. Provide regular reports on client feedback, satisfaction levels, and business opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously. 5. Energetic and proactive attitude towards building and maintaining client relationships. 6. Creativity in finding innovative solutions to client needs. 7. People management skills to handle client interactions effectively. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
