Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client feedback and address any issues to improve overall client satisfaction. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase products or services. 7. Analyze client data and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities. 8. Develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or sales management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Motivated and resilient with a positive attitude. 6.
