Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad, a leading telecommunications company in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services and products. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value. - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements as needed. - Prepare reports on client interactions, sales activities, and revenue growth.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or a similar role. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Energetic and resourceful personality traits. - Creative thinking and project management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
