Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Manager to join our team at SIRIM Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. 2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote repeat business. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed successfully. 4. Monitor client accounts and identify areas for improvement or growth opportunities. 5. Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to management. 6. Proactively seek feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and offerings. 7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent project management abilities. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
