Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client relations and will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Understand and anticipate client needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services to increase revenue - Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns or feedback proactively - Prepare regular reports on client account status and performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform client strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in client relations or account management - Independent and resourceful with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex client relationships - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
