Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, located in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients - Identify new business opportunities within existing clients and assist in the development and implementation of new strategies - Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly and effectively - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing company offerings and value propositions

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong presentation and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
