Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client relations and possess the necessary skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Identify new business opportunities and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. 3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client strategies to achieve business objectives. 5. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations, sales, or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. 5. Adaptable and confident with excellent people management and cooperation skills.
