Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As a mid-to-senior level professional, the ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on projects, products, and services - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience and improve client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects, campaigns, and events - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations for clients to showcase performance metrics and deliverables - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software - Passionate and energetic personality traits - Strong teamwork and project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools - Experience in the energy industry is a plus
