Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and independent Client Relations Manager to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with clients to address any issues or concerns they may have and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their needs and concerns - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client requests are met - Analyze client feedback and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects or accounts - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to clients - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services - Monitor client accounts to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
