Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a key member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through remote communication channels. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of any problems - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve performance

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Adaptability to work remotely and in a dynamic environment - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Training and professional development opportunities provided - Vision insurance benefits offered
