Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Officer at IHH Healthcare Berhad in George Town, Penang, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Keep accurate records of client interactions - Meet with clients regularly to review services and address any concerns

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
