Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Officer to join our team at QSR Brands. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements - Resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a professional and timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide support to clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and market trends

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make decisions and negotiate effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required
