Client Relations Representative

As a Client Relations Representative at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This part-time, Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and we are looking for individuals who are passionate and reliable, with strong adaptability and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of services - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Prepare and present regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
