Job description:
We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad. As a part-time position located in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, this role is perfect for individuals who are confident, reliable, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Provide accurate and timely information about our products, services, and policies - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and company revenue - Participate in regular training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment - Proficient in using technology and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work remotely
