Job Description:
Petron Malaysia is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include managing client accounts, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and cooperation.
Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong desire to help clients and provide excellent service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of the petroleum industry is a plus
