Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad, a leading media company in Malaysia, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in time management.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Attend client meetings and represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong leadership skills - Excellent time management skills - Ability to communicate effectively with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
