Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a Client Relations Representative to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support - Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolutions to client issues - Track and report on client satisfaction and feedback to management - Participate in strategic planning and development of client engagement initiatives - Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members on client relations best practices - Manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget

Requirements: - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of successful client relations in a similar role - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
