Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests - Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise - Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Assist in maintaining client retention and loyalty through exceptional service delivery - Actively participate in training and development programs to improve and enhance your customer service skills


Requirements: - No prior experience required - we will provide comprehensive training - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Dedicated to exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup - Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
