Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Client Relations Representative to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home, providing excellent customer service to our clients in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing solutions to their needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times - Collaborate with other team members to address client issues and deliver exceptional service - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Excellent decision-making skills and a strong sense of teamwork - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
