Job Description:


MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a driven and passionate Client Relations Representative to work remotely from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and fostering relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention - Provide product and service information to clients, offering solutions to meet their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Monitor client accounts, track sales, and report on key performance indicators - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client relations strategies - Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service quality and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve and think critically - Innovative approach to client relations, seeking out new ways to improve processes - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
