As a Client Relations Representative at SIRIM Berhad, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a remote, part-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide information about products and services, as well as troubleshooting assistance when needed - Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to coordinate responses and solutions for clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience and suggest enhancements to our processes
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and motivated to provide the best support to clients - Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for conducting research - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
