Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad. This position will be a part-time, work from home opportunity based in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations and be comfortable working independently while also being able to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product or service information to clients and assist them in making informed decisions. 4. Handle and resolve any client issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency. 5. Communicate with clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat. 6. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the client experience and drive client retention. 7. Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Independent and resilient personality traits. 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 4. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
