Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to work from home in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate information about products and services. 3. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their experience with Petron Malaysia. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed. 7. Assist with special projects or initiatives to improve client relations and drive business growth.

Requirements: 1. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive results. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and recommend solutions. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
