Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative for Genting Group, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote loyalty to the company. This position will allow you to work from home, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and life commitments.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to answer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback. 3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients. 7. Act as a brand ambassador for Genting Group by upholding the company's values and reputation in all client interactions.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to effectively navigate different client personalities and situations. 2. Strong communication skills to articulate information clearly and concisely to clients. 3. Basic project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment. 6. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
