Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Perodua is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, confident, possess strong critical thinking and planning skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolve client queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product and service information to clients and potential clients - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Participate in training and development programs to enhance client relations skills

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
