Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and complaints - Provide clients with information about products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Develop strategies to increase client retention and upsell products or services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Participate in meetings and provide valuable insights to improve client relations processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client relations, business, or a related field - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus
