Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess excellent project management and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to onboard new clients and promote products or services - Prepare reports and presentations on client interactions and performance metrics

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in project management and data analysis - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
