Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and passionate Client Relations Specialist to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to existing clients - Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall customer experience - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
