Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and expectations - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on their projects and addressing any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery - Conduct research to understand industry trends and client preferences - Generate reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and loyalty - Provide support to the sales team by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively address client inquiries - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and persuasion abilities - Motivated and energetic personality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
