Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

As a Client Relations Specialist at PPB Group Berhad, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This position is part-time and allows you the flexibility to work from home, providing you with a comfortable and convenient work environment.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and video conferences, to address their inquiries and concerns - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback to continuously improve the client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Demonstrated reliability and resourcefulness in managing client relationships - Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
