Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

**Job Description:**

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Specialist to work remotely from their home in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level position, the Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:** 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Provide product knowledge and education to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to generate new business from existing clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the customer database. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and company products to better serve clients.

**Requirements:** 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations. 2. Confident and independent personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
