Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a talented and motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing them with exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with the company - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to clients to help them make informed decisions - Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase new offerings, promotions, and updates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to better serve clients

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field - Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and hardworking with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines - Experience in delivering presentations and conducting client meetings - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred
