Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Telekom Malaysia Berhad. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving client relations and enhancing the overall customer experience. 4. Provide feedback to management on client needs, preferences, and trends in order to inform business decisions. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention programs and initiatives. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's database.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients. 2. A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact. 3. Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 4. Confidence in dealing with clients and the ability to build rapport quickly. 5. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. 7. A minimum of 0 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role.
