Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Client Service Assistant to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers - Handle billing inquiries and process payments - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong adaptability and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Diploma or degree in a related field preferred
