Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. As a Remote Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while working remotely from your location in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues - Provide support to clients in navigating our products and services - Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Continuously strive to improve the client experience and exceed expectations
Requirements:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Able to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong planning and organizational skills - High emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using technology and software systems for client management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
