Job Description:


As a Remote Client Service Assistant at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Assist clients with account management and billing inquiries. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction. 5. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company. 7. Utilize software systems to manage client accounts and provide support.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong people management and analysis skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is preferred.
