Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Assistant


Job Description:


We are currently seeking a reliable and resourceful Client Service Assistant to join our team at Genting Group in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Managing client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with account management tasks such as updating information and processing transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Utilizing emotional intelligence to understand and address client needs effectively - Participating in decision-making processes to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Reliable and resourceful mindset to handle various client situations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
