Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Client Service Assistant to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the client service field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with account inquiries, concerns, and requests - Maintain client records and update any changes or new information - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met - Assist in creating and maintaining client reports and documents - Coordinate client meetings and appointments - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the client service field - Driven and energetic personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong strategic planning abilities - Leadership skills to drive team success - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
