Job Description:


We are looking for an energetic and adaptable Client Service Assistant to join our team at Hilton in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no required years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and excellent presentation abilities.


Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner - Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the client service area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls - Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service to clients - Attend training sessions to stay informed about Hilton's services and promotions - Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to management


Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong teamwork skills - Excellent presentation abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
