Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and driven Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the energy industry and client services sector.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online channels - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist with client account management, including updating records and processing payments - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Remote work experience is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred


Personality Traits: - Motivated to succeed and excel in a fast-paced environment - Driven to learn and grow in the industry - Cooperative and able to work effectively with others - Strong presentation skills in order to communicate effectively with clients
