Job description:


IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: - Assisting clients with inquiries, appointments, and payments - Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client information - Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care - Handling billing and insurance claims as needed - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment - Assisting with administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organization skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Must be a team player and able to work independently - High school diploma or equivalent
