Client Service Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Client Service Associate to join Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and act as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests. 2. Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues in a timely manner. 3. Conduct research and problem-solving to address client needs effectively. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables. 5. Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations. 6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant information. 8. Provide support to senior management on client-related tasks.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Prior experience in client service or customer support. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
